本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、NAIDI株式会社（以下「当社」）が運営するウェブサイト（https://naidi.jp/、以下「本サイト」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サイトをご利用になるすべての方（以下「ユーザー」）は、本規約に同意したうえで利用するものとします。

第2条（本サイトの目的）

本サイトは、当社の事業内容、製品・サービス、採用情報、報道発表等の情報提供を主たる目的とします。本サイトの一部コンテンツは医療関係者の方を対象としており、医薬品医療機器等法および医療広告ガイドラインに基づく要件を満たした方のみ閲覧可能です。

第3条（医療関係者向け情報）

1. 本サイト内の医療関係者向け領域（/lp/ 配下、製品詳細、症例、テクノロジー、未承認医療機器に関する情報を含む）は、医師・薬剤師・看護師・医療従事者・研究者等の医療関係者を対象とした情報提供であり、一般の方への広告ではありません。
2. 医療関係者向け情報の閲覧に際しては、HCP 確認（医療関係者であることのご確認）を行います。虚偽のご回答により情報を取得された場合、当社は責任を負いません。
3. 医療関係者向け領域に掲載される未承認医療機器等の情報は、医薬品医療機器等法上の承認を受けていません。日本国内における販売・授与・流通を意味するものではありません。

第4条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本サイトの利用にあたって以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 当社、他のユーザー、第三者の権利または利益を侵害する行為
• 本サイトの運営を妨害する行為（不正アクセス、過度な負荷を与える行為、コンピュータウイルス等の送信を含む）
• 本サイトのコンテンツを当社の許諾なく複製、転載、改変、再配布する行為

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern use of the website operated by NAIDI Inc. ("we", "us") at https://naidi.jp/ ("the Site"). All visitors ("Users") are deemed to use the Site on the basis of having agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Purpose of the Site)

Some content is intended for healthcare professionals only and is accessible only to those who satisfy the requirements of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act and the Medical Advertising Guidelines.

Article 3 (Information for Healthcare Professionals)

1. Areas of the Site intended for healthcare professionals (under /lp/, including product details, cases, technology, and information on unapproved medical devices) provide information to physicians, pharmacists, nurses, clinical staff, researchers, and similar professionals. They are not advertising to the general public.
2. To view such information, you will be asked to confirm that you are a healthcare professional. We are not responsible for information accessed through false answers to that confirmation.
3. Information about unapproved medical devices in those areas has not received approval under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act and does not signify any sale, provision, or distribution within Japan.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Conduct that violates law or public order.
• Conduct that infringes the rights or interests of us, other Users, or third parties.
• Conduct that interferes with the operation of the Site (including unauthorized access, undue load, and transmission of computer viruses).

• Providing or advertising Site information to third parties in a manner that violates the Medical Advertising Guidelines.
• Other conduct we deem inappropriate.

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design, code, etc.) and any related copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual-property rights belong to us or the rightful owners. Use beyond the scope of personal use requires our prior written permission.
